UP - July 15, 2010. Audi treats its premium class sedan with 13 centimetres more space for the fond-passengers. The long version (L) is technical based on the short A8. But it is risen to the pearage by the W12-powerplant with 500 PS which is exclusively available for the A8 L flag-ship. It accelerates to 60 mph within 4.7 sec. Prius Plug-In-Hybrid as part of DB-CarSharing

UP - July 07, 2010. Deutsche Bahn and Toyota started a field trial in Berlin offering electromobility within the carsharing, the customer-friendly rent-a-car-system of Deutsche Bahn. Toyota supplies 18 Prius with plug-in-technology to this test. "With these electro cars Die Bahn amends its range by another future oriented and ecological sensible solution for mobility," said Rolf Lübke, chairman of the board of the DB FuhrparkService GmbH, when starting the trial. The Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid has an electric operating range of 20 km. At this modus the car can be accelerated up to 100 km/h top speed. >>more

 

VW Sharan  Presentation in Motion

UP - June 17, 2010. By presenting the six-cylinder versions of the Cayenne and the Cayenne Diesel Porsche completes the new generation of the sporty off-roader. Both engines consume less than ten litres. Equipped with Tiptronic S the Cayenn has a standard consumption of 9.9 l/100 km. The Diesel now settles for 7.4 l/100 km.
